  • Sitting on the board of Directors to provide leadership and strategic direction to the CEO and management team.

  • Advising and guiding on strategic sales and marketing activities, including the positioning and expansion of the company brand and offer.

  • Providing HR and resourcing advice and guidance to enable the company to manage its people effectively.

  • Implementing a business performance management framework that systematically progresses activity against business plans.

  • Introducing a range of corporate governance and oversight practices to enable the management team to maintain control during times of rapid growth.

  • Influencing and brokering productive relationships with a range of networks and partnerships that develop the companies sales and delivery infrastructure.

  • Being a critical friend to the CEO, providing mentoring and coaching to manage a rapidly growing business with purpose, structure, and direction.
